A security advisor, in plain English

Know if you're actually exposed.

SecureAI is the advisor you call when there's no one else to ask — the supplier email that feels off, the "are we even covered" question before the insurance renewal, the thing you've been meaning to check for six months. No jargon. No judgement.

A real question we get asked
"Is it a problem that our old IT contractor still has admin access?"
Usually, yes — and it's a five-minute fix. Ask Beatrice, our security architecture advisor, and she'll walk you through it.

Why SecureAI

Stop Guessing.
Start Knowing Where You Stand.

Most business owners know security matters — they just don't always know where they actually stand, or who to ask without feeling silly. SecureAI gives you a straight, plain-English answer to the question you've been putting off. And let's be honest about the old cliché, "there's no such thing as a stupid question" — here, that's actually true.

What's Probably on Your Mind

The supplier invoice that looked slightly wrong. The password everyone still shares. The ex-employee whose login you're not sure was ever switched off. The "are we actually covered if something goes wrong" question you keep meaning to ask your insurer. None of it feels urgent enough to call someone about — until it is.

  • That nagging feeling Something feels off and you want a second opinion before you act on it
  • The thing you've been putting off A check you know you should do, but never quite get to
  • "Are we actually covered?" Knowing where you genuinely stand before a client, auditor, or insurer asks

What SecureAI Actually Does

You ask, in your own words. A specialist advisor answers — plainly, honestly, and without a sales pitch. Behind the scenes it's grounded in the same standards real security professionals use, but you'll never have to know their names to get a straight answer.

  • Plain-English answers No acronyms you have to look up, no assumed knowledge
  • No judgement Ask the basic question — it's exactly what this is for
  • Backed by real expertise Grounded in recognised security standards, translated for you
Meet Your Team

Six Advisors.
Real Expertise.
No Jargon.
No Judgement.

Each advisor specialises in a different part of security, so you're always asking the right person. No generic chatbot answers — just straight talk from someone who actually knows this territory.

Why Real Specialists, Not a Generic Chatbot

A generic AI assistant is built to answer everything a little. SecureAI is built to answer security questions properly.
Each advisor is grounded in curated, industry-respected sources — not vendor sales material or random internet opinion.
You get a considered, honest answer from someone who understands the trade-offs real businesses actually face.

Need to know what changed in the payment card rules this year? Connor knows, and can tell you in a sentence. Wondering whether your cloud provider's default settings are actually safe? Stratus has seen the same setup a hundred times.

Your subscription also includes a curated security newsletter, filtering the noise so you stay informed without trawling LinkedIn and vendor blogs.
SecureAI doesn't replace your judgement. It gives you enough to trust it.

Stay Informed
Without Having to Pretend You Know Everything

Keeping up with security news is exhausting, and most business owners quietly give up trying. SecureAI subscribers get a curated daily newsletter, filtered from trusted, non-vendor sources, with around 10 genuinely relevant items a day — so you're not hunting for the one thing that actually matters to you. Even subscribers who rarely open the app tell us the newsletter alone is worth it. Here's what a typical morning looks like.

Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How is SecureAI different from ChatGPT or other AI assistants? +
A general-purpose AI assistant will give you a general-purpose answer. SecureAI's advisors are built for one thing — security questions — and they ask the follow-up questions a real advisor would, instead of guessing at what you meant. It's the difference between asking a friend who's handy with computers, and asking someone whose actual job this is.
Can I actually trust the advice I get? +
SecureAI gives you grounded, well-reasoned guidance — but treat it as a knowledgeable first opinion, not the final word on anything that really matters. For big decisions, use SecureAI to get clear on the question and your options, then loop in a qualified professional to sign off. Think of it as an excellent second brain, not a replacement for one.
How does the credit system work? +
Credits are used up as you ask questions — roughly 8-12 credits per question, depending on how much detail is involved (1 credit = $0.01). Free gives you 100 starter credits (~10 questions). Pro tier provides 2,000 monthly credits (~200 questions), Expert tier provides 5,000 monthly credits (~500 questions). You can also top up anytime with a credit bundle (500/$5, 2,000/$15, 5,000/$30). Your balance is always visible in the dashboard.
How do I sign in? +
Three ways: a magic link by email, Google, or GitHub. Magic links expire after 15 minutes for your safety. Signing in with Google or GitHub only shares your email, name, and profile picture — never anything private. First-time users get 100 free credits (~10 questions) and a 7-day newsletter trial.
Can I save an answer for later? +
Yes — you can keep up to 10 saved analyses in your History page. Save an 11th, and the oldest one quietly drops off (first in, first out). For anything you want to keep permanently, we'd suggest copying it into Notion, Confluence, or a Google Doc — saved analyses keep their formatting, so it copies across cleanly.
How do I know which advisor to ask? +
Match the worry to the person: Connor for audits and "are we allowed to do this"; Rowan for "could someone break in"; Beatrice for "is this set up properly"; Storm for "something's wrong, right now"; Stratus for anything cloud-related; Sam for "is this app safe to launch". Not sure? Just ask — you'll be pointed the right way.
What's actually in the daily newsletter? +
Pro Tier: a short, curated daily digest of AI and security news that's actually relevant to a business, delivered weekday mornings. Expert Tier: everything in Pro, plus source links, deeper analysis, and commentary from our security team. You can switch to weekly delivery anytime in your profile settings.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, anytime, from your Profile page. Upgrades apply immediately, with your new credit allowance added straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and any unused credit balance carries over. Newsletter access continues until your subscription ends.
Is my data safe? What do you actually store? +
We store: your email, display name, saved analyses (max 10), credit balance, and newsletter preferences. We don't store: your questions themselves (unless you choose to save them), your login password, or your card details (payments are handled by our processor, Polar). Never paste anything genuinely sensitive — passwords, API keys — into a question. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, which covers GDPR and POPIA compliance.
Do you do team or enterprise plans? +
Not yet, but they're coming. Email support@secure-ai.co.za and we'll talk pricing, team access, and single sign-on. Current plans are built for one person at a time — team features are next, based on what people actually ask for.
